Conditions of delivery
Our orders are sent by DPD courier.
It is also allowed to establish individual terms of delivery or pick up in person from our company's headquarters at ul. Rumuńska 46 in Łódź. Our products are usually packed in large cardboard boxes, ensuring maximum protection of the product against damage in transit. Regardless of this, we always ask the courier to verify and evaluate the shipment, which is the sole basis for submitting a complaint about the delivery service.
